It will automatically be assigned when your modem logs in. Tried changing the login to and restarted the modem and it is still on the dynamic ip address. Assuming that you can see that static IP is active when you log into My Account on : As you have an you may need to log into your modem with with your normal password. I don't think it would make much difference, but the username should be Ok I have logged in with my normal email address, still no luck. Restarting the modem will have it obtain a new IP address.
